Blog and Video Description: In this episode of the Matta critic, I will be reviewing and analyzing She-Hulk Attorney at Law Season 1 Episode 7 that is currently on Disney+ done by Marvel Studios. I will go over several topics in this episode and review. I will let you know my rating at the end of this episode. The episode begins with Jennifer going out on a date with Josh who was in the last episode which was just called Just Jen. Josh was the man who Jennifer met at the wedding, and she is enjoying the time that she spent with him. They are completely compatible. That is the way that it looks to the viewer. Josh leaves her in bed and Jennifer wonders where he went. Jennifer tells Josh that she had a wonderful time, and she cannot stop smiling. If you want to know more about this, you want to read this blog or watch the video included in this blog.

Hello everyone, welcome to the Matta critic. This is Matthew Hemenway. I recently have changed my brand from Matthew Hemenway to the Matta critic. Whether you followed me or not, I do detail review and analysis of texts. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from UNCC, and I am a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. This makes me uniquely qualified to do this. How many people can claim to have both of those at their disposal? I can tell you if the story works or not or if the fighting sounds or looks realistic. I will never rush a review out and you know that you will get a quality review from me. Please check out my Facebook page of Matta critic where I will post links to YouTube, Patreon, or TikTok.

In this episode of the Matta critic, I will be reviewing and analyzing She-Hulk Attorney at Law Season 1 Episode 7 that is currently on Disney+ done by Marvel Studios. I will go over several topics in this episode and review. I will let you know my rating at the end of this episode. Now on with the review.

Jennifer is at work with Nikki and Nikki tells her that you need to put the phone down and not keep checking it to see if you got a text message or not. You need to set a boundary and say, I will not look at it for this moment at time. Sometimes, we think too much about the text, that we forget that we need to give ourselves time and give a person time to respond. Life can get busy. Nikki tells Jennifer that he may be busy and cannot respond to the text at this moment in time. Jennifer hopes that something has happened to explain why he cannot respond or not.

Jennifer later gets a call from Emil’s parole officer. He tells her that the inhibitor is not working and that he wants her to come with him. Jennifer agrees to go as she had no other plans, like she told him. Jennifer goes to meet the parole officer at Emil’s retreat center. The parole officer gets the inhibiter back on and he leaves as soon as that is done. Matador and Bull man are fighting each other and damage Jennifer’s car. Jennifer turns into She-Hulk as was soon on a clip-on a YouTube video. She later must stay at the retreat as her Prius prime has been damaged. I will have you watch that video now.

Jennifer is walking the Retreat center which is a pretty place to be at. She is walking to find cell reception. She tells Emil that she needs to get her work done and get access to Wi-Fi. Emil tells her that you need to take some time off. In this case, Emil is right, Jennifer needs to take a break. She has been stressed out and she needs to take a breather. Jennifer later encounters the man who attacked her in the third episode trying to get her blood when she gets to the retreat center’s room where people talk about their problems. There is a circle of chairs where people sit at. Jennifer later tells them with a vampire, Matador, Bull Man, and Porcupine. This guy dresses as a Porcupine. He says he is more comfortable wearing his costume. He is afraid of showing his face.

As this shows, we are all afraid of showing how we are. Believe me, it can be scarry. It can be easier to keep our security blankets on, than to take them off. It is easier to keep wearing a mask, then to take it off. Jennifer later talks about her relationship with Josh. They tell her you should not have texted him back telling him that she could not stop smiling. They tell her that you should not have told him that. She later tells the group that she was worried about him. They tell her, you cannot say that either. Jennifer later gets that off her chest.

As not to be revealed anymore, nothing more will be revealed here. It does bring the viewer to the climax of the episode and set up Episode 8 of this season. The story shows how relationships can be complicated and we all must work through the burdens that we all can be carrying.

I will give you, my rating. I give She-Hulk Attorney at Law Season 1 Episode 7, a 10 out of 10. It was fun, tells a delightful story, and keeps the viewer engaged. I have enjoyed watching this show so far. It does an excellent job of mixing the Lawyer with the Superhero. It has a mix of comedy with drama, and it shows how each person needs to get help and it is not weak to talk about our problems with each other. That shows strength not weakness when each person can talk about his/her problems.
