In this video, I will be reviewing and analyzing She-Hulk Attorney at Law Season 1 Episode 5 that is currently on Disney+ done by Marvel Studios. I will go over several topics in this video. The episode starts off with seeing Tatania selling She-Hulk products and it has snake oil in them. They are a rip-off to say the least. It is what you would call a literal snake oil sell person. As the viewer saw in the last episode, Tatania is suing Jennifer Walters over the name of She-Hulk. Tatania is using the name to make money.
Ched comes in with a bunch of beauty products wanting Jennifer to sign her name on them. Jennifer tells him, I cannot sign them as I did not trademark the name of, She-Hulk. Ched told her; she should have trademarked her name of, She-Hulk. Jennifer gives him an angry look, as she did not think she did not have to.
Jennifer goes to see Tatania at her marketing promotion of her products. Jennifer tells Tatania, what is your business with suing me? Tatania tells Jennifer, you can get in line. Tatania also calls Jennifer a child. When Jennifer is not, She-Hulk, she is short. When she is She-Hulk, she is 6’7”. Believe 6’7” is tall for a woman. You would have to go to Lisa Leslie or Rebecca Lobo to find a woman that tall. 6’7” is tall for man as well. I am 5’7” and yes, I am a man. I am what those would consider average height. I am neither tall nor short.
Jennifer later talks with Holden Holliway, and he tells her, we have a problem. The problem is that there are signs saying that She-Hulk is selling products such as beauty products. Jennifer tells him that she is getting sued by Tatania for the name of She-Hulk. Holden Holliway tells her he does not care. The thing that Holden Holliway is worried about is the fact that She-Hulk is supposed to be the face of the Super-Human law division of GLKNH. His concern is that no one will hire a firm that cannot handle its own affairs. Jennifer tells Holden Holliway that she will represent herself. Holden Holliway tells Jennifer, no you will not. I will assign you to an attorney.
Jennifer gets assigned to Mallory Book. As the viewer knows, Mallory Book was in the third episode of this series where she was asked to help Dennis Bukoski with getting conned by a shapeshifting Light Elf named Runa. She asks Jennifer, why did you not trademark your name? Jennifer tells Mallory, did Doctor Strange or Thor trademark their names? Mallory tells Jennifer, you gave examples of people who use their actual names? As the viewer knows, Doctor Strange is his real name. Thor is his real name. Both of their newest films are on Disney+. I have recently reviewed Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness on this channel and made it a YouTube members video for prompt access. I will leave a link for you to watch that review at the end of this video. Mallory Book tells Jennifer; you need to do a counter suit.
Augustus ‘Pug’ Pugliese asks Nikki Ramos for a favor. He wants to get these exclusive Iron Man 3 sneakers which is a play on the movie Iron Man 3. He says they cost a lot and keeps a pair for him not to wear. It is remarkable like buying Air Jordans, which can cost a lot. Nikki asks Augustus, can you help me with getting clothes for Jennifer AKA She-Hulk? Augustus tells her, he can. He knows a guy who is a drip broker whose name is Alonzo who knows a guy that designs clothes for superhuman clients. They go to this place which is a front for selling Avenger items. They sell drinks, but in the back of the store, it has a place selling illegal Avenger items. Nikki and ‘Pug’ meet up with the guy after they buy Avengers gear from the guy selling illegal Avenger items. This guy who is a fashion designer reminds me of Edna from the Incredibles’ movies. Why do I say that? Edna made all the Incredibles’ costumes, and this guy makes costumes for superheroes such as the Avengers. Nikki tells him, Jennifer is the cousin of the Hulk. She needs clothes that can shrink and expand every time she transforms into a Hulk and back to Jennifer Walters.
As not to be revealed anymore, nothing more will be revealed here. It does bring the viewer to the climax of this episode and set up episode 6. What happens between Jennifer and Tatania? Does Jennifer win her case against Tatania? When Jennifer picks up her new clothes that will expand and shrink based off her body, what was in the box at the end of the episode? I will now give you, my rating. I give She-Hulk Attorney at Law Season 1 Episode 5, a 10 out of 10. It was fun and does an excellent job of showing a legal drama, comedy, mixed with the superhero in this series. As was mentioned in this episode, it is important to trademark a name or a product so someone cannot use it as his/her own. Those protections are in place to protect you from unscrupulous people that will use it to make money. If you want my opinion, always copyright, patent, or trademark anything so no one can use it as his/her own.
